Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SummitPeak Contracting & Logistics LLC (“SummitPeak,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By scheduling or authorizing services, you agree to the following terms.

Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of review. Changes to scope, conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete preparation may affect scheduling and pricing.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to secure bookings. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the service and preparation involved.

Property & Liability

We take reasonable care when working in homes and handling belongings. SummitPeak is insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items not disclosed prior to service.

Clients are encouraged to inform us of fragile, high-value, or specialty items before work begins.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. Concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they can be addressed appropriately.

Safety

We reserve the right to stop or refuse work if unsafe conditions are present. Client cooperation is required to maintain a safe working environment.

Service Area

SummitPeak services all areas within Colorado. Travel fees may apply based on distance and will be disclosed in advance.

Acceptance

By authorizing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
